New! The AGCT Genetic Engineering Report will soon be supplemented with a section on the Biological Agents Ordinance!

Biological substances are also handled in genetic engineering facilities. This will be reflected in a separate section of the AGCT Genetic Engineering report in the future.

The AGCT-Gentechnik.report will consist of a total of eight specialist texts. The first two specialist texts were already dedicated to questions of risk assessment and ZKBS classifications. The next two specialist texts focused on laboratory organization. The last two specialist texts all dealt with court decisions or legal changes for genetic engineering facilities. A new section, each containing two specialist texts on the Biological Agents Ordinance, will be inserted before this last section. This reflects the fact that occupational safety and thus also the Biological Agents Ordinance play a major role in daily practice in genetic engineering facilities, and project managers (PL) often convey their expertise to employers here.

We are pleased to have Dr. Alexander Heinick on board to edit the texts of the Biological Agents Ordinance. He also advises on these issues at AGCT Consulting GmbH and will be contributing to the AGCT Genetic Engineering report . his expertise on the Biological Agents Ordinance.

You can get a taste of the new section in this AGCT Genetic Engineering report . with the following text. Enjoy the new section!
