The instruction – an explanatory video from the AGCT to avoid fines
Dr. Petra Kauch
The project manager is responsible for the training. Since the GenTSV 2019, fines are possible for errors. So what should be done?

Due to a change in the fine regulations in the GenTSV, we feel compelled to inform project managers that "instruction that is not provided, not provided correctly, not provided completely, not provided in the prescribed manner or not provided in a timely manner" is subject to fines. According to the explanatory memorandum to the GenTSV, this is the first time an offense has been introduced that can also be addressed to the project manager, at least according to the explanatory memorandum of the regulatory authority.
To avoid fines, certain formalities must be included in the training documents, which we hereby inform you about. The AGCT has issued aExplanatory video for instruction, which also includes suggestions for changes to the training forms in its conclusion. Check whether you have anything to do!
Recommendations for your system:
In summary, the AGCT therefore recommends, first, reviewing the training content for completeness using the video. We also recommend reviewing the document that employees sign to confirm the training. We would be happy to provide you with a sample for a one-time fee.
