Documentation of genetic engineering instructions acc. to Section 17 (4) GenTSV - Sample document

Instructing employees assigned to genetic engineering operations is one of the project managers' duties ( see Section 17, Paragraph 4 of the GenTSV). The content and timing of the instruction must be documented in writing and confirmed by the instructed personnel by signature.

The sample document enables the documentation of the instruction provided in genetic engineering facilities of safety levels 1 - 4.
