Risk assessment for activities without protection level assignment as well as activities of protection levels 1 and 2 in laboratories, laboratory animal facilities and biotechnology

TARGET GROUP

The course is aimed at employers and those persons who carry out risk assessments on behalf of the employer.

The areas covered are those in which work can be carried out without assigning a protection level (wastewater and waste management, agriculture and forestry, cleaning and remediation work, biogas plants and veterinary medicine).

Furthermore, laboratories, animal testing facilities, and biotechnology facilities are covered, provided they conduct work at protection levels 1 and 2 – including work with organisms in risk group 3**. Numerous practical examples are provided to illustrate the individual case groups.

The course meets the criteria of a continuing education event according to Section 2 No. 11 BioStoffV.

• The seminar will be held in German. Simultaneous translation into English will not be provided.
