Mr. Steffen Ibrom earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Cologne, with a focus on Corporate Finance and Investment Management. He is also a graduate of the Master of Finance program at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management with a focus on Financial Advisory. In his master's thesis entitled "Funding for Biotech Companies - A comparative analysis of the US and European market," Mr. Ibrom quantitatively compared the IPOs of European companies on US stock exchanges with those of companies in their home country. The aim of this was to analyze the access to (venture) capital for European biotech companies in more detail.
Mr. Ibrom has been working for AGCT Consulting in the Accounting division since 2014 and is responsible for its accounting department.
He has been managing director of AGCT since the end of 2018. He is responsible for advising companies as well as for the administration of the company, its finances, external representation such as the homepage and the AGCT-Gentechnik.report.
